Below are several quick health tests you can do at home
by your Self to see how you're doing health-wise.
Please, be aware that they are not a substitute for
a professional health exam conducted by a qualified
chiropractor (when it comes to your body posture and
body tension), and other doctors when it comes to other
aspects of your health.   However, these quick
health tests are reliable indicators of something needing
to be fixed, should you "fail" any of them.
On the other hand, passing all of them with flying colours
doesn't necessarily mean that your body doesn't need
any adjustments.

Quick health tests:

Are you ticklish?
If you are ticklish, at least in some areas of your body,
your nervous system is calling for attention: it needs
to be adjusted.   Ticklishness is not a healthy
state of being.

With your fingers press firmly against the following bones
of your body, in as many places as you can (or have someone
do it to you):
- the skull
- the ribs, and between the ribs (front and back)
- the pubic bone
- the spine in your neck
If you find places that are tender, or even painful, your body
needs to be adjusted. Healthy body has no tender, tense, or
painful areas; healthy body is relaxed and loose.

The shaking dog test.
This test imitates a dog that just got out of water and is shaking
to dry its fur.   Stand with your feet a shoulder-width apart,
slightly bend your knees, keep your head straight, and slightly
tuck in your butt.   Relax your body as much as you can.
Now shake like the wet dog, starting with shaking your upper body,
the shoulders, and continue shaking downwards to shaking your
pelvis (your butt) and finally your legs.   It should last at least
five seconds.
Healthy shaking body is loose (when relaxed) and the muscles flap around
like a blob of jell-O.   Moreover, the relaxed muscles shake
independently.   If, during this exercise, your muscles
don't shake loosely and independently, your body is too tight and
needs to be adjusted.   If you cannot even do this exercise
properly, then your body is crying for help.

Your tongue is the mirror of your gut.
Look at your tongue in a mirror.   Stick your tongue out as
much as you can (just make sure you can pull it back) and examine
the shape of your tongue.   A healthy tongue is narrower than
your opened mouth, so there is a space between your mouth
corners and the tongue.   Also, the top surface of your tongue
should be fairly straight, not sagging or bulging.   The surface
of your tongue should be free of cracks.
As to the colour of your tongue (use a flashlight, if you need to - look
all the way back), it should be pinkish.   If you see whitish or
yellowish or black areas, that is mold.
Out-of-shape, cracked, moldy tongue indicates problems with your gut,
with your biological terrain.
